The Challenge Studio: a leader raising a gold checkered flag above runners on a plum track
The Challenge Studio™ · a Money Move by The Lindsey Effect

You set
the pace.

Build the experience they finish.

Build my challenge →

You keep teaching the process. Turn it into a challenge people can join.

Your daily steps. Your lessons. Your way of getting people moving. The Challenge Studio™ helps you package them into a branded experience with an enrollment page, daily actions, working tools and progress tracking.

Charge for access. Run a cohort. Add it to your membership. Give new customers a first step into your bigger offer.

Your method becomes a product you can run again.

$250 founding seat · then My Implementation Lab™ $75/month

You bring
  • The process you already explain every week
  • Who it is for, and what finishing should change
  • Your name, your colours, the way you talk
  • The offer you want people to walk into next
You leave with
  • A published challenge under your brand, not ours
  • A day-by-day experience with real tools, not reading
  • An enrollment page and the access model you choose
  • Progress you can see, and a next offer at the finish
The problem

Your audience has saved enough instructions. Give them a place to use them.

You have the posts, the videos, the tips and the process you explain every week.

Now turn that knowledge into a daily experience: something participants can enter, follow and track.

Your challenge gives the work structure. Your dashboard helps you see who is moving and who may need support.

How many more times are you going to give the whole answer away?

You answer the same question in your inbox for the fourth time this week.

People save your post, thank you, and do nothing with it.

You have no first thing to sell, so every conversation starts at your biggest offer.

The free advice keeps working. It just never turns into money.

Built around you

Your customer should see your business. Not a template with your logo on it.

Every challenge the Studio builds is assembled from what you put in. Nothing about it is generic except the engine underneath, and your buyer never sees that.

Your businessWhat you sell, and how you actually deliver it.
Your audienceWho joins, and what they are stuck on.
Your voiceThe AI drafts in the way you talk. You approve every line.
Your visual identityYour name, colours, type and the marks you use.
Your processYour order of operations, not a stock 21-day arc.
Your expertiseYour lessons, resources and language for the work.
Your paid offerWhat the finish line points at.
Your customer actionThe one thing you want them to do next.
Inside the Studio

Every line is yours, and the AI writes it in your voice.

This is the real screen, not a mock-up. Write every day in your voice, rewrite a single line, make a day easier or harder, lock the days you have approved so nothing regenerates over them. The Ask sits at the top of every screen and answers with the page in front of you.

The Challenge Studio building a 7-Day Home Reset Challenge, with Write every day in my voice, the phases, coach messages and a Publish button
The daily experience step, mid-buildEdit, rewrite, regenerate, simplify, reorder — and lock the days you have approved.
Before you publishPreview the whole thing exactly as a participant will see it. Nothing goes live that you have not read and approved.
After you publishYour buyers get their own link under your brand. Your dashboard shows who is moving and who has gone quiet.
How it works

Three stages from what you know to what they join.

01

Set it up

Add your business, audience and method. Choose the challenge's purpose and a suitable blueprint. Generate and review the daily experience.

You supplyYour process, who it is for, and what finishing should change.
You getA structured first draft of every day, written in your voice.
Why it sellsA shape people can see themselves finishing is a thing people will pay for.
02

Brand it and publish

Apply your branding. Configure price and access. Preview as a participant, connect required tools and publish.

You supplyYour name, colours, price and the access model you want.
You getAn enrollment page and a live challenge at your own link.
Why it sellsA buyer can pay and start the same day, without waiting for you.
03

Run it and improve it

Share the link. Lead the experience. Review what happens and improve the next round.

You supplyYour attention where the dashboard says it is needed.
You getCompletion and activity you can read, and a version two.
Why it sellsPeople who finish buy again. People who finish tell someone.
Challenge examples

One engine. Every kind of challenge.

Six businesses, six challenges, one Studio underneath. Each runs under its own brand with its own daily action. These illustrate what the Studio builds; they are not live challenges.

What they see

They enter, follow and track.

Your participant opens their day and sees one thing to do, the tool to do it with, and how far along they are. Your name is on it. Ours is not.

A participant's Day 1: the day's move, the lesson, the required actions and the progress
Day 1, as your buyer sees itOne move, the tool to do it with, and the day counted when the required actions are done.
A working tool inside a challenge day
The tool for the dayA tracker, calculator, checklist, timer or script that helps them actually do it.
A weekly progress recap
Progress they can seeDays complete, actions done, and a recap built from what really happened.
The completion screen at the end of a challenge
The finish, and what is nextA completion they can share, and your next offer waiting there.

You see the same days from the other side: who is moving, who has gone quiet, and who is ready for what you offer next.

The sales path

Your challenge has to lead somewhere.

A finished thing that goes nowhere is a hobby. This is the line the Studio builds for you, from the first person who notices to the offer that pays.

AttentionYour enrollment page gives people a specific reason to stop: a result, a length and a start.
ActionThey pay or enroll, and the first day is waiting. No onboarding call, no wait for you.
Follow-upYou see who is moving and who went quiet, and you reach the ones worth reaching.
Next offerThe finish points at your bigger offer, while they are proud of what they just did.
Two ways in

Choose by how much company you want while you build.

The Challenge Studio on its ownSoftware, $250 seat, evergreen. You log in and build on your own schedule. Best when you already know the challenge you want to run. You leave with a first paid thing to sell, live at your own link.
Inside Built for the Bag™A live guided class, the same $250 seat. You build it with Danielle and a room of other builders. Best when you want the decisions made with you, not alone at midnight. Same published challenge, built in one focused sitting.

Already registered for Built for the Bag™? Choose The Challenge Studio as your included Money Move instead of purchasing a duplicate standalone activation. Review the ongoing platform terms for your class option.

When it startsThe moment you enroll. The Studio is evergreen; there is no cohort to wait for.
Do you attend anything? No. Standalone is software you use on your schedule. Built for the Bag™ is the separate live class.
How long it takesAs long as you need. Most of the work is the thinking; the draft is generated for you.
What you needA browser and your own material. No installs, no plugins, no code.
Your activationMy Implementation Lab™ keeps your challenge live for your customers: $75/month.
Your own AI keyThe generators run on ours while you build. You add your own key when you publish and move onto it.
Not sure this is your money move?

Take The Bag Check first.

What you learnWhich Money Move fits the gap you actually have, instead of the one that sounds best.

If the answer is that your knowledge never becomes something people can join and finish, The Challenge Studio is the build for that. Already know that is your gap? Skip it and take the seat.

After you pay

Exactly what happens, in order.

01

You are in

Your seat is confirmed and the Studio opens. You do not wait for an email to start.

02

You answer the intake

Your business, your audience, your method, and what finishing should change for them.

03

The draft is generated

The Studio writes the shape and every day of it, in your voice, for you to read.

04

You edit and approve

Change any line by hand or with the AI. Nothing publishes that you have not approved.

05

You brand it and preview

Your name, colours and marks. Then see it exactly as a participant will.

06

You publish

Set price and access, connect your checkout, and publish. My Implementation Lab™ keeps it live: $75/month.

07

You fill it and run it

Use the Launch Kit to invite people, lead the round, and read the progress.

08

You sell again

Offer what comes next at the finish, then relaunch a better version.

Is The Challenge Studio for you?

You already help people. You just have nothing they can join.

This is for you if
  • You explain the same process over and over, free.
  • You have an audience, a client list or a membership, however small.
  • Your only offer is your biggest one, and it is a big first ask.
  • You want a first step people can buy today.
  • You are willing to review what gets drafted and put your name on it.
This may not be for you if
  • You want someone else to decide what you teach.
  • You are not willing to read and approve what the AI drafts.
  • You want a done-for-you build with no input from you.
  • You are looking for a course about challenges rather than a challenge.

If it is the done-for-you build you want, that is Handled™, not this.

Why I built this

I got tired of watching capable women hand out PDFs and call it a product.

Danielle Lindsey, founder of The Lindsey Effect
Danielle LindseyFounder, The Lindsey Effect™

I run businesses that only work when people follow through: property management, where a missed step costs real money, and The Lindsey Effect, where I build business tools for women who already know their craft and need it to pay.

The pattern was the same everywhere. The expertise was real. The delivery was a document. And documents do not come back tomorrow.

The Challenge Studio started as Locked In™, a personal goal-to-action engine, and as Holy Grind™, a 31-day faith, fitness and discipline challenge that ran as a real daily experience with scripture, workouts, meal support, tracking and milestones. Same build logic. Your challenge will not look or sound like Holy Grind. It will be built around what you help people accomplish.

Straight answers

Frequently asked questions

Is this software or a class?

The standalone Challenge Studio is software. You log in and build on your schedule. Built for the Bag is a separate live guided class option.

What is the difference between Locked In and The Challenge Studio?

Locked In is for an individual working on a personal goal. The Challenge Studio is for creators who want to build and deliver challenges under their own brand.

Can I use my existing content?

Yes. Add your method, lessons and resources, then review the generated experience before publishing.

Can I charge participants?

Yes. Configure free or paid access and connect the required checkout before accepting paid enrollments.

Does AI replace my expertise?

No. It helps draft the structure around your inputs. You review and approve the content, tools and claims you publish.

Can I run it again?

The Studio supports updating and relaunching challenges. Review your plan's active challenge and participant limits.

Do I need any experience building products?

No. If you can explain your process to a person, you can answer the intake. The Studio drafts the structure and you edit it.

Do I need to be technical?

No. A browser is the whole requirement. Nothing to install, host or code. Connecting your checkout is a paste, not a build.

How much time does this take?

That is up to you, and there is no session to attend. The draft arrives in minutes; your time goes on reading it and making it yours.

Is the challenge really finished, or a starting point?

It is publishable. You get a live challenge at your own link with daily actions, tools and tracking, and you can keep editing after it is live.

One decision

You already know something people need. Give them a way to work through it.

You are still answering the same question for free. They are still saving your posts and doing nothing with them. Nothing about that changes on its own.

Build the daily experience. Put your name on it. Invite people in. Show them what comes next.

Your method becomes a product you can run again.
