The Challenge Studio™
Turn your expertise into an experience people can join, use and finish.
Software · For coaches, creators, experts, service providers and brands

You already know how to help people. Now give them something to do, not more content to save.

Your audience does not need another PDF collecting digital dust. They need a reason to come back tomorrow, do the work, track the result and continue into your next offer. The Challenge Studio™ turns what you know into a branded, interactive challenge that does exactly that.

You bring
  • Your method, framework or process
  • Your brand: logo, colors, voice
  • Your existing lessons, videos, recipes, scripts
  • The offer you want people to buy next
You leave with
  • A published, branded challenge with an enrollment page
  • Daily guidance and working tools for every participant
  • A dashboard that shows who is moving and who needs a push
  • A built-in path from completion to your next offer
This is notA generic checklist with your logo at the top. It is not a course platform, a PDF template or a hope that people finish. It is a functional client experience built around the transformation you provide.
DLBuilt by Danielle Lindsey, founder of The Lindsey Effect™, on the same engine that runs Locked In™.
Two products. One engine. Two different buyers.

Locked In™ is what she buys for herself. The Challenge Studio™ is what you build and sell.

Locked In™

The product sold directly to a person with one goal she keeps postponing. She builds a personal challenge around her own life and follows it through.

  • One buyer, one goal, one personal challenge
  • Sold on its own sales page
  • Not for building challenges to sell

See the Locked In™ page

The Challenge Studio™

The creator layer on the same engine. Buy it here on its own, or choose it as your Money Move inside Built for the Bag™ and arrive with your profile already filled in. Either way you leave with a branded challenge you can sell immediately.

  • You are the creator; your audience are the participants
  • Your brand, your method, your price, your next offer
  • Participants get the Locked In engine under your brand

The real cost of staying here

Your audience does not need another PDF collecting digital dust.

You have already created the posts.

Recorded the videos.

Shared the tips.

Answered the same questions.

Explained the same process.

But your audience is still consuming information without taking consistent action. And you are still trying to figure out how to turn what you know into something they will pay to use.

A PDF can give them instructions. A course can give them lessons. Neither automatically gives them a reason to return tomorrow, complete the work, track the result or continue into your next offer.

Every week that stays true, you lose the same three things: attention that fades, leads that go quiet, and a next offer nobody is warmed up for.

“A checklist tells them what to do. Your challenge can help them do it.”The difference between information and implementation

The Challenge Studio turns your information into an experience. Not more content. A container that moves people.

Built around you

It should look and feel like your product. Because it is.

The Studio builds the daily experience around eight things only you can supply. Participants feel your method on Day 1, not a template.

Your businessWhat you sell, who buys it, how you deliver.
Your audienceThe exact person the challenge is for, and where they get stuck.
Your voiceSignature language, tone, the way you actually talk.
Your visual identityLogo, colors, fonts, photos, welcome video, hashtag.
Your processThe steps you take every client through, in order.
Your expertiseLessons, workouts, recipes, scripts, templates you already own.
Your paid offerThe program, service or product the challenge leads into.
Your desired actionBook, buy, apply, join, refer. The button at the end is yours.

This is not a generic checklist with your logo at the top. Instead of “Post a Reel today,” your challenge hands them today’s idea, three hooks, a script, recording instructions, a CTA, a publishing checklist and a performance check-in. Instead of “Eat healthy today,” a personalized meal, the recipe, prep steps, substitutions, a grocery list and a tracker. Instead of “Contact five leads,” the target, ready-to-personalize messages, follow-up scripts, a lead tracker and the next action. That is the difference between information and implementation.

How The Challenge Studio works

Five decisions. One published challenge.

You do not build from scratch. You start with a proven blueprint, then make it yours.

Choose your challenge

Select a blueprint or describe what you want to help your audience accomplish.

You supplyThe result you help people get, and who they are.
Gets createdChallenge concept, name and promise, duration, participant profile, daily structure, functional tools, delivery method, monetization path.
Connects toA challenge positioned to sell, not just to exist.

Add what makes it yours

Bring in your method, framework, coaching philosophy, signature language, existing workouts, lessons, videos, recipes, resources, templates and professional boundaries.

You supplyGuided answers, uploads, links, pasted content, even a voice note.
Gets createdThe first complete draft, adapted to your expertise. AI builds from your direction; it does not return your answers unchanged.
Connects toA product only you could have made. You stay in control of what gets published.

Build the daily experience

Choose what participants will learn, plan, create, use, track and complete each day.

  • Meal planners
  • Grocery lists
  • Workout plans
  • Routine builders
  • Script generators
  • Calculators
  • Trackers
  • Assessments
  • Timers
  • Resource libraries
  • File and photo uploads
  • Smart journaling
  • AI participant support
You supplyEdits, approvals, locks. Regenerate any day; change difficulty; add your own lessons.
Gets createdEvery day, with tools that produce personalized outputs inside your method.
Connects toCompletion. People who use tools finish. People who finish buy.

Brand the entire experience

Add your logo, colors, fonts, images, welcome video, social handles, challenge hashtag, branded certificate and shareable progress cards.

You supplyBrand assets, or pick from the palette.
Gets createdA participant experience, certificate and share cards in your identity.
Connects toEvery share card is a referral. Every certificate carries your name.

Price it and publish it

Free, a paid digital product, a live cohort, part of your coaching, included in your membership, used to onboard clients, connected to a product or used to generate leads.

You supplyPrice, dates, capacity, coupon, refund terms, checkout link, final offer.
Gets createdYour enrollment page and a live challenge link.
Connects toEnrollments, completion, and your next offer. Then publish your enrollment page and start inviting people in.
One Studio. Multiple ways to make it make money.

Choose the path by the result you need, not the one that sounds cutest.

A paid digital product

Sell access to a guided challenge without delivering the entire experience manually.

Best when you want revenue that does not need you live
Business resultProduct revenue and a buyer list. Example: a 14-Day Content Consistency Challenge at a low ticket.

A low-ticket entry offer

Give new buyers a smaller way to experience your method before investing in your full program.

Best when your main offer is high-ticket
Business resultWarmer buyers, fewer sales calls that stall. Example: a 21-Day Fully Booked Challenge before a coaching application.

A lead-generation campaign

Use a free challenge to collect qualified leads and guide them toward a consultation, service or paid offer.

Best when you need a pipeline
Business resultLeads who have already done the work. Example: a realtor’s free Ready-to-Buy Challenge ending in a consultation.

A coaching cohort

Lead a group through the same structured transformation while participants receive personalized daily support.

Best when you sell group programs
Business resultHigher completion and testimonials from a dated launch.

A client-onboarding system

Prepare new clients, collect important information and help them complete required steps before working with you.

Best when clients arrive unprepared
Business resultSessions start on Day 1, not Day 3. Example: a 7-Day Client Preparation Challenge.

A membership feature

Release new challenges to keep members active, engaged and paying attention.

Best when churn is your problem
Business resultA recurring reason to stay subscribed.

A customer-results campaign

Help customers use your product consistently, track their results and submit testimonials.

Best when you sell a physical or digital product
Business resultResults, reviews, repeat purchases. Example: a Healthy Hair Challenge for a product line.

A reactivation offer

Invite former customers or quiet followers into a new experience without recreating your entire offer.

Best when you have a list that went quiet
Business resultReactivated buyers. Build it once. Improve it. Relaunch it.
The sales path

Your challenge has to lead somewhere.

A finished asset that ends in “great job” is a missed sale. Every challenge built in the Studio runs the same commercial line.

AttentionA branded enrollment page and a challenge people actually want to join. Free or paid.
ActionDaily moves with working tools. Participants do the work inside your method and see progress.
Follow-upReminders, missed-day recovery, coach messages, weekly reports. You see who needs a push and send it.
Next offerCompletion, certificate, testimonial request, and your final call to action: book, buy, apply, join.
Built for experts across industries

The industry changes. The engine stays the same.

Give people the plan, tools, support and accountability to move from information into action.

  • You have knowledge that could become a structured experience.
  • Your audience needs implementation, not more information.

  • You want to make professional promises you are not qualified to make.
Danielle Lindsey · Founder, The Lindsey Effect™
Why I built this

I got tired of watching capable women hand out PDFs and call it a product.

I run businesses that only work when people follow through: property management, where a missed step costs real money, and The Lindsey Effect, where I build business tools for women who already know their craft and need it to pay.

The pattern was the same everywhere. The expertise was real. The delivery was a document. And documents do not come back tomorrow.

The Challenge Studio started as Locked In™, a personal goal-to-action engine, and as Holy Grind™, a 31-day faith, fitness and discipline challenge that ran as a real daily experience with scripture, workouts, meal support, tracking and milestones. Same build logic. Your challenge will not look or sound like Holy Grind. It will be built around what you help people accomplish.

Founder proof for this offer:

Twobusinesses run on daily follow-through
35challenge blueprints across seven industries in the library
Oneengine behind Locked In™, Holy Grind™ and every Studio challenge
Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is The Challenge Studio sold on its own, or only inside Built for the Bag™?

Both. Buy it here on its own: activation plus /month after the first 30 days during the founding launch, then plus /month at the standard price. If you already hold a Built for the Bag™ Founding Builder Seat ( one time), select The Challenge Studio as your Money Move inside Built for the Bag: your business, audience, brand, offer and Builder Questionnaire answers carry over and prefill the Studio, so nothing is retyped. Your seat includes one build, one brand, one published challenge and a 30-day activation that begins when you publish. After 30 days you keep the platform for /month, join the Implementation Lab for /month with eligible platform access included, or let the hosted product become inactive.

What is the difference between Locked In™ and The Challenge Studio™?

Locked In™ is the product a person buys for herself: one goal, one personal challenge. The Challenge Studio™ is for you as the creator: you build, brand and sell a challenge to clients or an audience, and your participants experience it on the same engine under your brand.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. You build the challenge through guided questions, recommendations and visual editing tools.

Does AI create the entire challenge?

AI creates the first structured draft using your audience, method, brand voice and selected blueprint. You review, edit and approve it before publication.

Can I use my existing content?

Yes. Add your framework, lessons, resources, videos, workouts, recipes, templates or existing challenge materials.

How much time does it take to build?

Most creators publish a first challenge in one sitting: about ten minutes for the profile, fifteen to review and edit the generated days, and ten for brand, price and publish. Editing more deeply is optional and always available.

Is there anything to attend, and is there a replay?

No. The Challenge Studio is software. There are no sessions and nothing to replay. You log in and build whenever you want.

What technology do I need?

A current browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Your participants need the same. Nothing to install.

Can I charge people to join?

Yes. Your challenge can be free, paid, included in a membership, delivered to clients or used as part of a larger program.

Can I run a live group challenge?

Yes. Use a fixed cohort start date so participants move through the overall experience together.

Can participants receive personalized plans?

Yes. Participants complete onboarding questions that personalize approved parts of their experience without rewriting your core method.

Can I see participant progress?

Yes. Your dashboard shows permitted progress, activity and completion data. Private journals remain private unless sharing is clearly enabled and accepted by the participant.

Can I edit the generated content?

Yes. Edit, replace, regenerate, reorder, lock and approve the challenge before publishing.

Can I reuse the challenge?

Yes. Duplicate it, update the dates, create another level or relaunch it to a new group. Prior participant data is never rewritten.

What happens when participants finish?

They receive a completion summary and branded result. You can request a testimonial and lead them into your selected product, service, membership or program.

Is this only for fitness challenges?

No. The same engine supports content, business, money, real estate, beauty, faith, lifestyle, service and product-based challenges.

Is the challenge finished when I buy?

The Studio generates a complete, publishable first draft from your method. Reviewing and approving it is your job and takes most creators one sitting. For health, financial, legal, faith or other sensitive topics, you remain responsible for reviewing the experience before customers access it.

What is the refund or transfer policy?

What support is included?
